How We Use It
We use the information you submit only to review your feedback, improve VisualAgentic, and reply to you directly if you've provided contact details. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Third-Party Services
The feedback form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam. Google may process technical data (such as your IP address and browser behavior) to provide this service, subject to Google's own Privacy Policy. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts on this site.
Cookies & Local Storage
This site does not use tracking cookies. It stores a couple of small, non-identifying preferences in your browser's local storage — such as your light/dark theme choice and whether you've dismissed the "what's new" banner — purely to remember your preference on your next visit. This data never leaves your browser.
How We Store & Protect It
Feedback submissions are stored securely on our servers and are accessible only to the team maintaining VisualAgentic. We retain feedback for as long as it's useful for improving the product, and we take reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
Your Choices
You can choose not to provide your name or email when submitting feedback. If you'd like us to delete feedback you previously submitted, or have any other question about your data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
